T92Y-63 Hydraulic Riveting Machine
The high speed hydraulic riveting machine(special riveting equipment)which designed by our company on the basis of bringing in the foreign advanced technology to meet the requirements of the automobile industry in early 1980.During more than 20 years, we've made excellent contribution to automobile industry of China. Our riveting machines have been innovated several times, with the dramatic development of automobile industry in China. This machine is generally used in car frame, side frame, core plate, side pillar edge beam, striker of rolling stock flat car and tank car, aviation, tram car bottom head, farm frame track frame and so on. Because this machine used the hydraulic control and brake, the output pressure is large, so it can be carried out the cold riveting. Comparing with the traditional pneumatic riveting, the hydraulic riveting has several advantages: the working condition is better, the noise is low, the operation is agility, the labor intensity is low, and the speed is high, and the production efficiency is high.
Rivet and Riveting Force Calculation
1. The specification of rivet is usually confirmed according is GB863.1-86, BG867-86, GB868-86, GB865-86, GB869-86 and other standards.
2. The material of rivet is generally Q235, F1, F2 or other plasticity material
3. The length of rivet is calculated according to following experience formula.

Layout & Collocation
The product consists of pumping station, rivet clamp, sling, high pressure hose, balance, tackle, slide rail, working oil cylinder, accessories and so on. The layout and installation is set up according to requirements of product line. The detail install structure is as follow.
Precautions
1. The slide rail (16# double iron) and seamless steel pipe are prepared by the users according to their requirements.
2. The balance of hanging rivet clamp has two kinds: balance weight and spring balancer, user can choose one of them.
3. The working form of riveting clamp has two kinds: Hanging and horizontal type and the horizontal type is mainly used in riveting the hanging parts at the two sides of frame.
4. The hydraulic pumping station is divide into single riveting and double riveting, the single riveting can drive a reverting clamp and double riveting can drive two riveting clamp.
Pump Station
The central control parts of high speed hydraulic riveting machine is the hydraulic pump station, and its performance influences the normal production. We have produced the machines for more than 20 years, so we have accumulated more experience. Because of the development of automobile industry, the machine has developed dramatically. During technical innovation in 20 years, the performance has motivated dramatically, the hydraulic system is more stable, and maintenance is more convenient.
The hydraulic pump station consists of oil tank, integration control valve block pressurization cylinder, oil pump motor group and electric appliance control. The main feature is as following:
1. The pressurize cylinder and valve block are identical entity and the volume is small, the oil line is short, this can reduce the leakage and heat, and enhance the longevity.
2. The system used the mass flow cartridge inserted valve, this component have several advantages are as following: mass flow, better leak proofess, anti pollution, wear proof and so on.
3. The oil pump is adopted the Italian ATOS series pump, it is high pressure, less leakage, and low noise.
4. The control slide valve adopted LOSHILE series valves, change over is stable and the noise is low.
5. Electrical control is controlled by PLC, it is stable and easy to modify.
6. The design of hydraulic system is eligible, so the rivet speed is high, the efficiency is high.
7. We can install the mass flow air patenting cooler according to customer’s requirements, so it can be used in the tropical region.

Explanation:
1. T92Y series pump station should be equipped with same tonnage riveting cramp, and it also can equipped with the adjacent tonnage riveting cramp, but the riveting rate will be increase or decrease.
2. The riveting rate is the same tonnage pump station equipped with the riveting clamp, the go and back per minute of continuous running under the normal lead 80mm condition.
3. T92Y series pump station includes double riveting and single riveting, the user can choose it according to their use condition.
4. There isn’t equipped with chiller when the pump station leave factory, the user should prepared it according to their work condition.
Riveting Clamp & Die
There are two types of the riveting clamp: hanging and horizontal, and the hanging riveting clamp are used widely. The main components are oil cylinder, the body of riveting clamp, move riveting die, stationary riveting die and handle button.
With the hanging riveting clamp, in order to ensure the performance of riveting clamp, reduce the weight as soon as possible at the same time, make the operation is handiness and agile, the body and oil cylinder of riveting clamp adopt the high quality special steel product.
In order to suit the various shape work piece and the size of the rivet diameter, we make the riveting clamp in series so that the customer can choose, For the special request riveting clamp, you can contact our company at any time.

Riveting die can divided into move riveting die and stationary riveting die, they are installed on the piston rod and riveting clamp respectively (The horizontal stationary riveting die is installed on the riveting clamp through the riveting die cover). The size of riveting die is fit for all kinds of shape of rivet of standard series, and we can make the special request riveting die. Generally the A type riveting die is used for hanging riveting clamp; B riveting die is used for horizontal riveting clamp.
Hanging Device
Balance weight or spring balancer is installed on the part between the tackle and the riveting clamp, they are used for balance the riveting clamp’s weight. When we operate the riveting clamp, we can move the riveting clamp thereabout and left right easily. The balance weight is made according to the riveting clamp’s weight. Spring balancer is purchased part; we can choose the size of specification according to riveting clamp’s weight.
The hanging riveting clamp is installed on the hanging device to work, with the hanging device, riveting clamp can move freely, so it can aim at the riveting part quickly. The hanging device has several styles, it can divided in to balance weight hanging device and spring balancer hanging device according to the balance style. The install structure is as follow:
Sling
In accordance with the different requirements of usage, the sling can be divided into several general types as following diagram. The standard type and special type slings can revolve 180°, and they can be used to rivet the common work pieces . The crank type sling can also revolved 180°, and it can be used to rivet the inclined angle work pieces. We provide the standard type sling when our products leaving the factory, if the customer have the special requirements, please note the specific requirements when order.
